Absolute gem of a place to stay, pictures don't do it justice - its huge!! Such a comfy home to gather with my family and dog & make memories such a sociable set up. Log burners, range cooker, home made cake - I wanted to stay longer! Situated so close to town, can not recommend enough, lovely hosts too. Will definitely return thank you x

Lovely place to stay for a long weekend. Excellently located to enjoy the charming market town of Helmsley as well as surrounding Yorkshire countryside! Very comfortable house. Easily fit 6 adults without any issues. Would highly recommend!

Great house which is even better than in the photos. Comfortable, well equipped and only a few minutes walk from a lovely selection of pubs, cafes and shops. Such a lovely area and would definite recommend. A real home from home.

Eight 'girls' came to celebrate a big birthday and this house was perfect! It is very spacious. Beds were all very comfortable. Ten minute walk into Helmsley which has lovely shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Thanks Helen for the cake and David for the taxi service! Had a fantastic weekend here and we would all love to come again!!

No. 44 is in a fantastic location in a lovely town. We love Helmsley and the surrounding area, lots of great food and walking, beautiful places to visit, plenty to keep a family occupied. The property is very comfortable and worked well for two families. Our dog loved the underfloor heating!

What an amazing place to stay lovely house in an amazing location, when walking through the door you are met by a raft of local information. Pictures don’t do the house justice it’s a gorgeous house, clean and very well set out.

Great property, lots of rooms for 5 adults and 3 dogs.. great location 5 minutes walk to town square and parking for 3 cars.
I was allowed to plug in my EV from an outside socket which is a big plus. Property was kept at a nice temp. and the use of log burner in the living room. Had a great stay.

The house is absolutely fabulous well furnished and a great location! We couldn't believe how big it was!, the house is positioned in a cul de sac which made so quiet at night so a good night's sleep after a hard day's cycling trip Many thanks for a great trip
